OUR MISSION
The Pathoknowledge Program was founded in 2020 by two high school students: Meaghan Burke and Lilia Martirosian, along with the support of 3 medical school students (of whom are now two medical school students & a UCLA child neurology resident). Pathoknowledge was founded with a goal & continuously strives to provide those with limited resources, from underrepresented areas, and limited opportunities an opportunity to strive and learn in a unique way about their greatest interest, the medical field.
Within every program, high school students worldwide join via zoom and actively participate in discussions, case studies, presentations, and Q&As that focus on the weekly medical specialty or topic. Each topic is discovered in great detail with the presence & insight of the 2 founders and guidance of 3 medical residents. Every Pathoknowledge Program is entirely free.
